Projekt Evropske prostovoljne službe (European Voluntary service - EVS) iz programa MLADI V AKCIJI, ti omogoča, da postaneš prostovoljec v drugi državi za obdobje od 6 do 12 mesecev. V zameno za tvoj čas, ti program preko pošiljajoče in gostiteljske organizacije krije bivanje, stroške prevoza, prehrano in žepnino. Med projektom pa ti je omogočen brezplačni jezikovni tečaj in veliko drugih učnih priložnosti v medkulturnem okolju.

www.evs.si je portal Mladinskega sveta Slovenije (MSS), ki zagotavlja podporo projektom Evropske prostovoljne službe (European Voluntary Service - EVS);
MSS za EVS prostovoljce izvaja usposabljanja, skrbi za njihovo redno spremljanje ter svetuje prostovoljcem, gostiteljskim in pošiljajočim organizacijam pri pripravi in izvajanju projektov EVS.
MSS pod svojim okriljem prav tako združuje sekcijo bivših EVS prostovoljcev.

For the next deadline we are searching for one volunteer for our project Radiofabrik (2009-AT-46).

The project will start in December 2010 and will last for 12 months.

Previous experience in the field of radio prodcasting is not required. German skills would be prefered, but are not necessary.

Applications will be considered untill August 5 2010. Due to the short period we can only collect applications of volunteers from EU countries.

NGO "Dynamism, Youth, Diversity" is looking for volunteers to participate in E.V.S. (European Voluntary Service). The placements we have at the moment allow us to host 9 volunteers in different organizations. You can find below short descriptions of the organizations that need volunteers.

NGO “Association for Charity and Social Assistance ACASA” is supporting a network of organizations in the field of assistance for disabled people and socially and economically vulnerable old people. Also the organization is active in other important fields such as: Organizational development, Expertise and consultancy, Elaboration of common projects etc. The organization is looking for two volunteers.

NGO “Foundation Angelus Moldova” is an organization that is implementing projects in order to assist terminally ill cancer pacients. The foundation is offering information and consultancy in the domain of palliative care. It also operates a hospice that has 20-30 beneficiaries per month. The organization is looking for one Youth Friendly Health Center Neovita offers assistance and consultations for youth in many areas: medical assistance, social assistance and psychological assistance. The beneficiaries are: adolescents, young people and young couples, future parents, workers from educational institutions, other youth. The organization is looking for one volunteer.

NGO “Prietenii Copiilor” (“Friends of Children”) is a non governmental organization founded in 2002 which activates in the domain of protection of children’s rights in Moldova. Since then the organization has become recognized as a promoter of the culture of play for the harmonious development of children. The organization is looking for 4 volunteers.

The Public Association “Eco-Razeni” is a local non-governmental organization established in 1999 by students from Razeni, a village south of Chisinau, wishing to improve the conditions especially of young people, the prime victims of the economic decline. Eco-Razeni is active in the following areas: facilitating access to information, instructing in the domain of new information technologies, environmental protection
and education, and involvement of youth in community life. The organization is looking for one volunteer.

The application takes place for 1st September 2010 deadline which means that the volunteers can start their EVS not earlier than 1st December 2010. The activities of the Asia-Europe Co-operation in Voluntary Service
(VolunAEt) were initiated in 2001 as part of ASEF’s strategy to
promote the International Year of Volunteering 2001. The first project
implemented under this pillar, entitled the Asia-Europe Young
Volunteers Exchange (AEYVE) 2001, was co-organised with the
Co-ordinating Committee for International Voluntary Service (CCIVS),
ASEF’s long-term partner in the field of volunteering.


The programme aims to:
•         Share experiences on approaches to voluntary service
results-oriented research;
•         Harmonise and develop methods and tools for impact assessment;
•         Develop concrete follow-up ideas that can be implemented by
participating organisations as well as research and academic partners
after the project.

ASEF and CCIVS are pleased to announce that the call for participation
and for hosting is now open. Deadline for application: Friday, 25 June
2010.

Due to the high volume of applications we receive, only shortlisted
applicants will be contacted.

Centre of Public Integrity (CPI) – Cahul, Moldova is searching for young people, regardless of gender, religion, social or educational background, to participate in a nine months or 1 year active non formal educational project and achieve intercultural learning experience in Moldova.  
If living an exciting experience together with young people from Moldova and other volunteers from all over Europe, learning about different cultures, developing new skills and improving yours, interests you, then read the information bellow and if you do not have a sending organization by now, find one from your country to contact us as soon as possible. 

Different job profiles 
We can offer different volunteer “profiles” to satisfactorily match the various sort of experiences, talents and interests of volunteers and the specific needs of local organizations.  
CPI propose you different Programs where you can work, some of them are located in Cahul and others in the surrounding countryside, in the south part of Moldova. 
We always try to satisfy the needs and expectations of the EVS volunteers in terms of work placement!  

CPI HOST PROGRAMS: EVS JOB PROFILES  
CPI offers work in different areas such as culture, anti corruption, transparency, social work, human rights and economic development of Moldova.

Tasks of the Volunteer:

Organize local festivals and events (e.g. Youth Day, on children, on human rights, etc.).

To promote NGO activities (informational campaigns, after course clubs,

To seek for funding opportunities (From USA Government, EU others),

Create and maintain the website of the NGO,

To edit publications and other printed materials (brochures, articles, letters, etc.).

Help to organize seminars and conferences with topics such as: human rights, youth policies, anti corruption and leadership.

To guide youngsters in developing creativity and leadership, volunteering in clubs and camps organized by our NGO

Give practical help to the writing of projects in the English language,

Organizing youth English club
